In the implementation of the Jakarta Art Award four times, the organizers have determined the theme of the competition, the Ideal World (Interpreting the Life of the Perfect).
Ideal world:
Ideal World (Ideal World) is the theme of a national art competition Jakarta Art Awards are: The world best and most fun for life.
Sense of the word "world" here can be elaborated into two. The first micro world, which refers to the personal world and the human world around him, to associate it with the world of "me", the world "my family", the world's "my friends", the world "my city", the world's "my country", world "of mankind". The second macro world, which refers to a vast understanding of the world, like the Earth or the universe.
The painter has the power to choose: the world of micro, macro world, or both. And have the flexibility to take the sides of which are worthy of life portrayed. Is the ideal world as seen from the subjective point of view, that the legitimate presentation to lift all that profanial (material) to the spiritual. Or the ideal world which is seen from an objective vision, in which contains the charge-Issues Global Issues, which raises the question of the environment to geopolitical issues.
"Ideal World" is a theme that is easily understood and has a very wide gap to dipresentasi in art.

terms and conditions of Jakarta Art Award 2012
Painting is not restricted category (contemporary, modern, post-traditional, traditional, classical, etc.). Free media. Is two dimensional. Collation may use or installation assistance.
Indonesia: Measuring a minimum of 50 cm sided. A maximum total of 200 cm sided.
International: Measuring a minimum of 50 cm sided. A maximum total of 120 cm sided.
Participants at least 15 years old (as of January 1, 2012).
Participants include a copy of ID or other identification with a complete CV.
Participants submitting photos paintings in size 10 R (in perfect quality), along with the title, size, media, year of manufacture are written on the back of the photograph, along with the concept, content or content that works in competition.
International participants may submit to the media on line, with the address: jakartaartaward@yahoo.com
Each participant may submit a maximum of 5 (five) paper. Works that may be included is the creation in 2010 - 2012
The works included in the Jakarta Art Award are not being included in other competitions.
The works in competition must be sold in Jakarta Art Award exhibition.
Limit painting photo submission is Friday, August 4, 2012, postmark.
Competition nominees will be contacted by telephone and in writing by the Committee.
The winner of the competition will be announced 28 September 2012 at Gallery North Art Space, Art Market Ancol, Jakarta, in the exhibition "Jakarta Art Award 2012:" Ideal World ".
